For your first cleaning with us, we recommend starting with a deep cleaning. After that, you can switch to a recurring cleaning schedule that suits your needs.
Regular General Cleaning is typically scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Deep Cleaning provides a more thorough cleaning of your home or office, usually recommended as your first cleaning. Custom House Cleaning is tailored to meet your specific needs or preferences. We can make adjustments such as cleaning only the kitchen, bathrooms, or bedrooms. Just let us know your requirements.
Each visit includes all services listed on our cleaning checklist, as well as any additional areas from your priority list.
We are available to clean your home Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 3:30pm. The first appointment starts at 8:00am and the last around 3:30pm. Sunday cleanings are also available at a higher rate. Our office hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00am to 8:00pm.
We charge based on the work performed and can adjust your cleaning to fit your budget. We also offer maintenance programs. Upon arrival, we will evaluate your needs, confirm the cost before starting any work, and proceed only with your approval.
Our housekeepers can supply all necessary cleaning products and materials at no extra charge, as most clients prefer. If you prefer to provide your own products or supplies, just let your housekeeper know. They are happy to accommodate your preferences.
We aim to send the same person each time, but it's not always possible. All our housekeepers deliver consistent service, so you can expect the same quality regardless of who is assigned. If you’d like to request a change, please feel free to let us know.
To ensure your protection, all housekeepers go through comprehensive background and reference checks. Additionally, we carry bonding insurance.
